Welcome to the 2012-13 season Turbo Training sessions.
This year, they are UPSTAIRS at the YMCA in the Brewer Room. We will be starting at 8.15pm but wise to get there a little early given the time it takes to set up. We will be finishng around 9.30pm and using the Sufferfest series of videos that the club purchased in 2011. Google them for information but these are hard sessions!
- Bike & Turbo (although the YMCA are going to try to make a few spin bikes available for emergencies)
- Lots to drink - it gets very very hot and sweaty
- Towel - ditto
