Seven take on Fight Club

The clue's in the name. Three sets including a four minute time trial effort followed by a 2min30 climb. The Fight Club bit comes from all the 10 second maximum efforts thrown in to spice the occasion by chasing down a rider on screen.

Yes, it's hot and it's hard but after an hour you emerge with a righteous feeling that holds no place in the natural order of Monday evenings.
