Swinley Forest

As we set off from Coulsdon to Bracknell the skies looked gloomy, but
the nearer we approached the forest the more the sun came out and when
we arrived after the 35 minute drive the sun was bursting through the
trees.

There were 5 riders in total, and we set of to enjoy all the single
track the forest has to offer. The ground drains well and most of the
trails were dry with a small amount of mud giving them a lovely
flowing feel and a surface that just gripped more and more the harder
you pushed.

We cycled through to the Labyrinth and spent 20 minutes or so trying
the different jump runs before completing the labyrinth. We then
headed to the Corkscrew and clocked up 20 miles before our well
deserved tea break.

After a short break we headed back to the Labyrinth via a different
route and then ended to ride at the Cutting where there were a few
thrills and spills.

All in all a great ride covering 24 miles of which 90% was single track.
