Descent into the Spiral

A few notable highlights... first has to be Brian's blurring cadence. At one point I leaned over as his cadence was going over 100 during a 3/10 effort recovery bit and said... "It's meant to be 3 out of 10 Brian". To which he replied "It is...". Oh. That looks like form then!

Also, Jonny B's gadgets reported the highest power output of the year so far. I knew those bison like noises on the final bursts meant something good! And talking of the final bursts, one of the cruellest bits of descending spiral is that the end is a bit like the end of a horror movie... the monster keeps coming back to life with multiple 15 second 10/10 efforts until you actually believe that your knees will turn to butter.

Great to see Neil there again - keeping up the efforts single-mindedly in advance of Paris-in-a-Day... also Ryan, Kimberley and Maria, mainstays of turbo throughout the winter - plus Barry, Geoff and Spencer.

Great efforts all round. I think enough heat was generated to warm Earlswood by a few more degrees. As the light keeps improving, we keep going for a few more weeks so if you haven't tried it yet... there's still a chance!
