A cold Monday evening at the YMCA soon became quite warm as six pain seeking participants joined me for a turbo training session.
Once we got going we did some cadence work to get those legs moving followed by seven one minute intervals with three minutes recovery in between each one!
Brian somehow caused his rear tyre to deflate at a strategic time and missed some of the intervals whilst he set about replacing the tube. I think his bike computer has some built in function to cause a deflation when the effort gets just too much!
Everyone put in a good effort though and survived to the end with some even wanting to come back for more next week.
The suffering will continue ... same time, same place..see you then!
