We headed out on the usual route towards Four Elms with Mike O doing a splendid back-marking job for me. Only one puncture - ME!- outside the Red Barn where I would happily have pooped in for a pint had it not been shy of 10 O'Clock! Quick change and we headed off to Chartwell Barns for lashings of hot drinks and many toasties, Mike C having turned off at Lingfield leaving 12.
On the way back through Pootings 8 of us carried on to the end to turn Left down Crockham not realising Mike and his charges had taken the earlier left turn. We eventually met up at the Duck Pond where the photo was taken in front of an already Christmas Decorated house - on the 20th November!!!
Eight of us safely arrived back at Woodhatch having covered 47 good miles at an average of 14.2 mph Good ride, good cake stop, good company and top class back marking - Thanks all see you soon
