The 2013 RCC AGM takes place on the evening of Friday 15th November at the Redhill Golf Club on Pendleton Road. All paid up members more than welcome. There's a bar and nibbles/sandwiches will be provided.
It is your chance to hear about the year's progress in different areas in the club but also to exercise your vote if there is competition for any of the committee places...

The annual RCC Summer BBQ. Lots of nosh at Redhill Aerodrome for RCC members, other halfs and kids (kids aged 15 and under eat free, just £7 per person otherwise). Various forms of other entertainment including the chance to ride the perimeter road after 7pm plus some of the usual fun challenges.
The club subsidises food costs and this is the perfect chance to take off-the-bike time to share tales and tips and get to know those you only pass on the road (or hope to pass!)
Payment is cash to the Aerodrome Staff on the night for simplicity.
A chance to sell all of those bikes, bike bits, brakes, pumps, lights, speedos, clothes, shoes, bars, stems, cassettes, wheels, seatposts, braze-ons, forks, saddles etc etc that you no longer need.
The aim is RCC only from 1.30pm to 2pm then open to the General Public.
Anyone can bring anything but you must label everything with your guide price and be there to negotiate with people. Perhaps buddy up with one or two people to take charge of adjacent pitches while they are having a browse.
Double darts match at our home pub The Queens Head in Nutfield kicking off at 8pm.
We are combining our home and away matches into one night hence the earlier start of 8pm.
